Recombinant Human Siglec-7, His Tag -100 ug

Recombinant Human Siglec 7, His Tag is a biologically active, high-purity protein (>90%, SDS-PAGE) expressed in E. coli, covering the V-set domain (Gln19–Ala145) with a molecular weight of 15.8 kDa. Featuring a C-terminal His tag, it interacts with fixed K562 cells (2–25 μg/mL) and is ideal for functional studies involving sialic acid-binding and NK cell regulation. Supplied by Gentaur, the protein is endotoxin-tested (<1 EU/μg), lyophilized in potassium phosphate buffer with NaCl, trehalose, and DTT, and shipped on dry ice for long-term storage at –20°C to –70°C.
